The Child & Adolescent Adolescent Family Functioning Inventory (CAFFI) is a brief, no cost, publicly available clinical assessment instrument.
Research has shown that as family functioning improves a child or adolescent's mental health condition also improves.
The CAFFI is used to both quickly identify key family dynamics at the start of treatment that require clinical attention, as well as an outcome measure to demonstrate the family’s clinical progress over time.
